Here is a dip that I made a few times recently. We all loved it. I found it on Kraftrecipes.com . This stuff is good enough to stick your finger in and eat all by itself, but they suggest crackers and fruit.
2oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1Tbsp. PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
1Tbsp. honey
1Tbsp. milk
21RITZ Sticks Crackers
1apple, cut into slices
1pear, cut into slices
MIX Neufchatel, peanut butter, honey and milk in small bowl until well blended.
SERVE with crackers, apple and pear for dipping.
Enjoy!!!

Mmmm, my girls loved a dip very similar to this when they were little. Definitely yummy stuff!
ReplyDeleteThey also loved a recipe their grandmother dubbed "Library Pudding", because they first had the treat at the local library. We just mixed applesauce, banana and peanut butter together. I know-it sounds awful as I read that combination, but the girls used to gobble it up.
That looks good and Kim who postedbthe above comment that sound much healthier and good yo I thin I will try both
ReplyDeleteYum!
ReplyDeleteInteresting recipe. I collect fruit dip recipes. Probably because i'm a lover of fruit. This sounds good. I can't wait to try it.
ReplyDeleteOkay. Yummm! And now I have yet another recipe to feed my peanut butter habit. I'm a happy girl! Thank you for sharing on NOBH!
